Anyone like to proof read?

I'm putting the final touches on the cohort cookbook. Does anyone want to look at these recipes and let me know if I mistyped anything? I'll even give you a finshed copy when I get them printed....I know, not that great of a prize, but it is better than a kick in the pants. Email me if you have time.
